Our Story

Jenny & Domenico

We run Trespais ourselves. No chain. No investor. Two people who are in the restaurant every evening.

Domenico cooks. Jenny runs the dining room. What goes on the menu we decide together, often at short notice, often because the market had something better that morning than yesterday’s plan had.

Our cooking is rooted in the Mediterranean. It travels to Asia when a dish is better for it, and to Central Europe when a guest is looking for something familiar. Red prawns seared in the pan. Bao buns with pulled duck. Wiener Schnitzel from milk-fed veal. All from the same stove.
